Kathryn McCord Beck
Kathryn brings 29 years of experience to the practice of law. She was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1982. Kathryn specializes in all aspects of family law (dissolution, declaration of invalidity, allocation of parental responsibilities, child support, maintenance, property division, paternity, dependency and neglect, foster parents' rights), with a particular emphasis on work as an advocate for children. Kathryn frequently serves in the roles of Child Family Investigator, Child's Legal Representative, Parenting Coordinator, Decision Maker and Guardian ad Litem. She also provides services as a mediator and arbitrator with regard to all domestic relations issues. Selected as one of Colorado's Super Lawyers in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010.
